What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin via BTCPay Server. Bitcoin offers complete transaction privacy, the lowest cost, and fast settlement. If you have not used Bitcoin before, the checkout guides you through each step and our team is happy to help.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, enter your shipping details, and pay with Bitcoin at checkout. Bitcoin generates a secure invoice with a timer window; once the payment confirms on-chain, your order moves to fulfillment.
Can I cancel or modify an order after payment?
All sales are final due to the nature of research compounds. Submitting payment confirms and locks the order immediately.

Are these products safe for human use?
All compounds on this site are reference standards intended for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not supplements or medications and are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. These are research reagents, not pharmaceutical drugs, and are not intended for clinical or human use. No prescription is required.
Will my order be flagged by customs?
Orders ship worldwide as plain-label tracked parcels. Recipients are responsible for any local customs declarations, duties, or import regulations in their country.

What if I'm worried about customs in my country?
All orders ship with plain-label discreet packaging - no brand, product name, or contents reference on the exterior. For questions about customs in your jurisdiction, reach out to your Chronic Illness Store representative who can answer everything before you place your order. If you've lost contact with your representative, email us directly.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide as a flat $45 USD per batch of up to 6 items (each additional batch of 6 adds another $25). Every shipment is tracked.
How is the package labelled?
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no brand name, product name, or reference to contents on the outside.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are batched and shipped weekly. Typical delivery is 10-21 business days from the date your tracking number is issued. Customs processing can add additional transit time depending on destination.
What if I don't receive a tracking number?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, contact support.
Products & Storage
What form do peptides arrive in?
All peptides and HGH compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. They must be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water before research use.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized powder: store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. A refrigerator is ideal but room temperature is acceptable short-term. Once reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.
How do I verify product purity?
Third-party HPLC/MS Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available per product. These are issued by independent laboratories and confirm purity and identity. COA links are found on each product page.
What if a product is out of stock?
Live stock levels are shown on the catalog. Out-of-stock products are restocked regularly — check back weekly or contact support to be notified when a specific product is available.
