What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin via BTCPay Server (no processing fee) and PayPal (20% surcharge applies). Bitcoin offers complete transaction privacy and the lowest cost; PayPal offers familiarity and buyer protection.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, enter your shipping details, and choose your payment method at checkout - Bitcoin or PayPal. Bitcoin generates an invoice with a timer window; PayPal completes immediately on approval.
Can I cancel or modify an order after payment?
All sales are final due to the nature of research compounds. Submitting payment confirms and locks the order immediately.
Why does PayPal have a 20% surcharge?
PayPal charges higher transaction fees for our product category and exposes us to chargeback risk. The 20% surcharge covers those costs. If you want to avoid the surcharge, choose Bitcoin at checkout.

Are these products safe for human use?
All compounds on this site are reference standards intended for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not supplements or medications and are not approved for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
Are research peptides legal to purchase in Canada?
All products are sold strictly for research and development use only - not for human consumption. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations in their jurisdiction.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. These are research reagents, not pharmaceutical drugs, and are not intended for clinical or human use. No prescription is required.
Will my order be flagged by customs?
Canadian orders ship domestically via Canada Post and do not cross any border, so customs is not involved. International orders ship via Canada Post International with full tracking; recipients are responsible for any local customs declarations, duties, or import regulations in their country.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Canadian orders ship via Canada Post at a flat $25 USD per batch (every 6 items). International orders ship via Canada Post International at a flat $45 USD per batch. Both options include full tracking.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is a flat $45 USD per batch of up to 6 items (each additional batch of 6 adds another $25). Recipients are responsible for any local customs declarations, duties, or import regulations in their country. Delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days depending on destination.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are batched and shipped weekly. Allow 7–14 business days from your order confirmation date. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
What if I don't receive a tracking number?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received tracking information within 7 days of placing your order, contact support.
How is the package labelled?
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no brand name, product name, or reference to contents on the outside.
Products & Storage
What form do peptides arrive in?
All peptides and HGH compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. They must be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water before research use.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized powder: store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. A refrigerator is ideal but room temperature is acceptable short-term. Once reconstituted: refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28 days.
How do I verify product purity?
Third-party HPLC/MS Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available per product. These are issued by independent laboratories and confirm purity and identity. COA links are found on each product page.
What if a product is out of stock?
Live stock levels are shown on the catalog. Out-of-stock products are restocked regularly — check back weekly or contact support to be notified when a specific product is available.
