How to Pay with Bitcoin

New to Bitcoin? You do not need to understand the technology. You only need to get the small amount your order costs and send it - usually a few minutes once your account is set up. This guide works from almost anywhere in the world.

What You Need

Just enough Bitcoin to cover your order total, plus a little extra for the network fee. At checkout we show the exact amount and lock the exchange rate, so you always know what to send. You do not need to buy a whole Bitcoin - you buy a small fraction (for example, a $200 order is only a few thousandths of one Bitcoin).

Tip: buy slightly more than the order total (about 2-3% extra) so the network fee does not leave you a few cents short.

Step 1: Get Bitcoin

Pick whichever option is available and convenient where you live. All three work; the best choice depends on your country and how quickly you want to pay.

Option A - A regulated exchange or app (most common)

Create an account on a reputable, regulated exchange that operates in your country - widely used global options include Coinbase, Kraken, and Binance, and most countries also have trusted local exchanges. You verify your identity once (this can take a few minutes to a day), buy the amount you need with a card or bank transfer, then send it to the payment address shown at checkout. If you are buying for the first time, start this a little ahead of time so verification is done before you check out.

Option B - A Bitcoin ATM (fastest, cash)

Bitcoin ATMs exist in most major cities worldwide and are often the quickest route if you do not want an exchange account. You insert cash and send the Bitcoin straight to the checkout address by scanning its QR code. Find one near you with a free locator such as coinatmradar.com. Fees are usually higher than an exchange, but it is fast and simple.

Option C - Peer-to-peer or a local service

In regions where exchanges are limited, peer-to-peer marketplaces and regional brokers let you buy Bitcoin with local payment methods. Choose a well-reviewed, escrow-based service. If you are unsure what is available where you are, just reply to your order email and we will point you in the right direction.

Step 2: Pay the Invoice

When you reach checkout you will see a Bitcoin payment page like the one shown here - a QR code, the exact amount, and a wallet address. You have two easy ways to pay:

  • Scan the QR code with your exchange app or wallet's "send" screen - the address and amount fill in automatically.
  • Or copy and paste the address, then enter the exact amount shown, and send.

You have a 2-hour window to complete payment, and the rate is locked for that time, so there are no surprises. Need longer? Just reply to your order email for a fresh link.

Step 3: That's It

Once your payment is broadcast, the order confirms automatically - usually within a few minutes. You will get a confirmation email, and tracking follows once your order ships. No account, no card details, and nothing else to do.
